When it comes to design, the company says, the Surface Earbuds are designed to offer ‘all-day comfort and stability.’ As soon as they are positioned in the ear, the four individual anchor points lock them securely (without blocking the ear canal) to give a snug fit. Apart from the look and fit, the earbuds are designed taking into consideration Microsoft’s Office 365 platform. As a result, while giving a presentation, the speech can be translated into more than 60 languages and a text-translation for the speech can also be displayed in real-time. Each earbud has two microphones built-in, which help with noise reduction, and feature the Surface Omnisonic sound to deliver rich and immersive audio experience. The earbuds are included with a carrying case and up to 24 hours of battery life. Further, the earbuds come with Spotify integration on Android and can be quickly paired with other devices through one-click pairing. They use the popular tap, touch, swipe gestures, found on most earphones these days, to control music, calls, and more. Some of these gestures include swipe back or forward to change track, double-tap to pause music or make calls, and touch-and-hold to activate personal assistant.
